Jabatan Bandaran Bandar seri Begawan (JBBSB) intends to revitalize the Central Business District (CBD) as part of Bandar Seri Begawan Develeopment Master Plan.
In this Context, Jabatan Bandaran Badnar Seri Begawan invites proposals from interested parties (1) To Invest, Build and Operate the Integrated Develeopment of Multi-Storey Car Park Building and Bumiputera Commercial Trade Centre and (2) to Invest, Build and Operate the Develeopment of APTK Building. More detailed information and guidelines for submitting proposals will be provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP) electronic document.
Who should register?
Interested parties should be reputable local or international companies with the abilitu to finance, develop and operate the proposed development. Previous relevent experience capabilities in developing and operating commercial development is a pre-requisite and interested parties must have developed and operate at least one (1) commercial development during the last five (5) years.
To register the RFP, interested parties may collect e-document in the form om Compact Disc (CD) at 5th Floor, Bahagian Pembangunan Bandar, Jabatan Bandaran Bandar Seri Begawan, Jalan Perdana Menteri BA 1512 from 31 October 2018 untill 05 December 2018 between 9.00 am until 3.30 pm.
The Info-Day will be held on 14 November 2018 @9.00 am. The venue will take place at Bilik Mesyuarat Johan Pahlawan, Tingkat 1, Jabatan Bandaran Bandar Seri Begawan, Jalan Pedana Menteri BA1512. Interested parties are welcomed to join in sharing profound insights of the RFP document contents.
Completed proposals should be submitted to the address set out below no later than 2.00 pm on Thursday, 06 December 2018. Late submission will not be entertained.
